Fiddlin’ Folk is a young people’s band that plays folk music, on all sizes of fiddle: violin, viola, cello and double bass. They also welcome flute, whistle,recorder, guitar and ukelele players.
Players’ ages range from 7 to 14, and the standard ranges from beginner to about Grade 5.
They meet monthly to practise at North Curry Village Hall near Taunton, Somerset, from 5.30 – 7 on second Sundays.
They also play at events including Sidmouth Folk festival and Halsway manor.
